Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Program Data Analytics Lead to support our construction operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing and delivering high quality data analytics and visualization solutions to support the Project Management Office. Data will be consolidated from multiple sources including P6, BIM360, Excel etc. and used to design and develop automated dashboards. This role demands strong analytical thinking, excellent interpersonal skills, and hands-on experience with Power BI, VBA, and Microsoft workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated dashboards using Power BI and Excel for project tracking and performance monitoring with drill down capability
• Standardize reporting templates and KPIs across the Program and Project levels
• Consolidate and clean data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Operationalize vendor KPI collection and reporting mechanisms.
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks using VBA and MS365 workflows (Power Automate, SharePoint, etc.).
• Collaborate with project managers, procurement teams, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate data flow.
• Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.
• Document processes and provide training / support to stakeholders on dashboard usage and data entry protocols.
