Function - Corporate IT
Requirements / Responsibilities :
- Have overall 6 – 8 years of IT experience
- Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in QA as a process facilitator, Auditor and have a minimum 1 year of experience in SDLC(Testing & Development)
- Experience as a trainer for processes or any other topics
- Strong knowledge in ISO 9001 : 2015, ISO 27001-2013, ISO 20001-2018, CMMI Dev and service standards
- Experience in methodologies like Agile, Lean, SAFe Agile, Kanban, and DevOps projects etc.
- Experience in handling PMO activities
- Quality experience in Infra and Security services business
- Ability to understand business requirements and design suitable process
- Ability to identify the gaps, improvement opportunities, risks in existing QMS
- Strong knowledge in data collection methods and analysis
- Ability in planning, coordinating, and conducting internal audits
- Ability in serving business activities / projects as a process facilitator
- Should have excellent communication and MS office skills
