Job description3+ years of experience in EDI management, with hands-on experience in Orderful and Infor ERP integration. Strong knowledge of EDI standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and protocols (AS2, FTP, VAN). Experience with EDI mapping tools and data transformation (XML, JSON, SQL). Proven track record of successful EDI implementations and troubleshooting in an ERP environment. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with Infor M3 or other Infor ERP modules. Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing processes. Project management experience in EDI or ERP integration projects. Knowledge of API-based EDI integration and cloud EDI platforms.
The EDI / Orderful Specialist will oversee the integration and ongoing management of EDI processes using Orderful within the Infor ERP environment. This includes designing, developing, and maintaining EDI workflows, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of EDI solutions using Orderful for Infor ERP (e.g., Infor M3).
- Manage EDI operations : monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data transmission and processing issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and trading partners to define EDI requirements and best practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation for EDI processes, standards, and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
- Identify opportunities for automation and optimization within EDI workflows.
- Support onboarding of new trading partners and maintain existing integrations.
- Provide training and support to internal users on EDI processes and tools.
