Main Responsibilities :
- Ongoing site activities are monitored to ensure quality and compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Project stakeholders including designers, contractors, suppliers, and labor teams are coordinated to guarantee work progresses according to schedule and resolve technical issues on-site.
- Assistance is provided in preparing planning documents, design reviews, technical documentation, and project progress reports.
- Quality control checks are conducted on materials and construction practices, records of material usage are maintained, and requisitions are prepared well in advance.
- Site accounting is managed, including documentation of labor costs, material payments, contractor bills, daily consumption reports, and cost estimation to keep the project within budgetary constraints.
