Role Overview

We are looking for a

highly skilled Frontend Engineer

with strong expertise in

React and Next.js

to lead and shape our frontend architecture. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build

high-performance, user-centric web applications

that set benchmarks for usability and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the

frontend architecture, design, and development

of scalable web applications using

React and Next.js .

Deliver

clean, modular, and efficient code

while maintaining scalability and performance.

Collaborate closely with

UI / UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers

to ensure seamless integration and user experience.

Integrate with

RESTful APIs and gRPC / gRPC-Web

services efficiently.

Conduct thorough

code reviews , implement

unit and integration tests , and ensure

CI / CD compliance .

Drive adoption of

best practices

in accessibility, security, and performance optimization.

Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and code quality.

What You Bring

4–7 years

of experience in frontend development, with

strong React expertise .

Hands-on experience in

Next.js

(SSR, ISR, routing, API routes).

Solid understanding of

web fundamentals

— HTTP, rendering, caching, and performance optimization.

Strong command of

TypeScript ,

modern state management

(Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.), and

component libraries

(Material UI, Chakra UI, or similar).

Experience writing and maintaining

unit, integration, and E2E tests

(Jest, Cypress, Playwright).

Familiarity with

gRPC / gRPC-Web

integrations (nice to have).

Excellent communication skills and the ability to

mentor peers

and contribute to architectural decisions.
