Job Summary :
We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Legal and HR Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide broad legal support across multiple areas of the business, ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and offering practical guidance to stakeholders. You will also take responsibility for certain HR-related tasks, supporting recruitment, onboarding, and HR compliance as needed.
You will be responsible for legal copyright, policy and procedures, supporting corporate governance, advising on employment and regulatory matters, and assisting with day-to-day legal inquiries. The ideal candidate is resourceful, adaptable, and able to balance hands-on work with strategic advice in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, agreements, and partnerships.
- Provide clear, practical advice on legal and regulatory questions across the business.
- Support compliance efforts, including policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and manage intellectual property matters, including trademarks, copyright, and brand protection & registration.
- Assist with corporate governance, including board and shareholder matters.
- Identify and manage legal risks while keeping solutions business-focused.
- Collaborate with internal teams on cross-functional tasks, including HR-related duties such as coordinating interviews, scheduling meetings, and supporting recruitment when no immediate legal work is required.
- Stay up to date on relevant laws and regulations that impact the company.
- Knowledge or understanding of HR processes or prior experience in HR is required, including familiarity with employee onboarding, recruitment, and HR compliance.
Required Skills & Competencies :
Strong understanding of contract law, corporate governance, and commercial legal principles.Familiarity with intellectual property (IPR) matters, including trademarks and copyright protection.Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR or equivalent).Experience drafting and reviewing company policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.Ability to spot legal risks in marketing, advertising, and public-facing copy.Solid research and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex legal issues into practical advice.Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across different teams and functions.Familiarity with international compliance frameworks.Knowledge or experience in HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and HR compliance, is a must.Knowledge in Project Management field is a plus.Preferred Education Level :
Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
No Bar Association Required.
Required Experience :
5+ years of experience in the legal sector, with a strong understanding of HR-related tasks.

Objective :
Begin updating and strengthening policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.Provide guidance on immediate risk or compliance issues, including copy / advertising reviews and IP matters.Assist with HR-related legal matters, such as recruitment processes and onboarding compliance.Days 61–90 - Scale, Systemise, and Deliver Results
Objective :
Lead improvements in contract management, policies, and legal processes, and copyright & trademark processes.Establish yourself as a trusted advisor across teams and leadership.Proactively identify legal risks and design strategies to protect the business.Support the HR team on compliance-related issues, employee recruitment, and HR-related documentation when needed
