An Offshore Onboarding Consultant specializes in providing remote SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding implementation and support services from a different geographic region, leveraging time zone differences for extended support coverage and cost-effective service delivery.

Minimum of 2 New Onboarding projects

Familiarity with Recruiting and Employee Central

Basic understanding of 3rd party integrations (ATS, HRIS, ServiceNow, etc.) Understand the concept of EC Mini-Master
