Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Admission Counselor, based in Hyderabad. The Admission Counselor will guide prospective students and their families through the admission process, providing detailed information about the school's programs and facilities. Responsibilities include conducting student and parent consultations, addressing inquiries, managing application processes, and contributing to student recruitment initiatives. The Counselor will foster positive communication to promote our school's values and attract qualified students to our community.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills for engaging with prospective families and students effectively.
• Customer Service and Sales experience to ensure smooth interactions and promote our institution to potential candidates.
• Background in Education or similar fields to provide insights and guidance to prospective students and parents.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and the ability to handle inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Organizational and multitasking skills to manage application processes and coordinate admissions-related activities seamlessly.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in admissions or educational counseling is an advantage.
