Location : On-prem at Panvel showroom (full-time, Mon–Sat ).

Preference : Candidates from Panvel / Kamothe / Kharghar / Kalamboli / Taloja / Belapur .

Languages : Hindi & Marathi (mandatory) ; Hinglish welcome.

What you’ll do Be the on-camera face for Reels / Shorts; go Live 2–3× / week from the showroom.

Lead a 3–5 member video team : plan → shoot → edit → publish with same-day turnaround.

Build repeatable formats : mangalsutra highlights, value offers, old-gold exchange, live testing , customer stories ( with consent ).

Own the content calendar , brand safety, and disclosures.

Drive footfall via unique QR / coupon / UTM links ; reply to comments / DMs.

Track KPIs (local reach %, saves, inquiries, store-visit conversions ) and iterate fast.

You’ll excel if you have Confident, warm on-camera presence.

Hands-on production (smartphone / DSLR), basic lighting & audio ; editing in CapCut / Premiere / Final Cut .

Storytelling chops (hooks, CTAs, retention) + strong thumbnail / title sense.

Experience leading a small video team with deadlines and quality checks.

Bonus : live-commerce / jewellery / fashion experience; basic analytics.
