Job Title : Corporate Fundraising Manager – India

Location : India (On-site Delhi and / or Remote – TBD)

Job Type : Full-Time | National Role

Compensation : ₹90,000–₹130,000 INR / month, based salary + bonus based on experience and fit

Reports to : Country Lead – CLS India

Team : Leads a team focused on CSR, philanthropy, and institutional partnerships.

Position Overview

The Corporate Fundraising Manager will lead CLS India’s institutional fundraising strategy, focused on Corporate Social Responsibility (50%) , Philanthropy (25%) , and Grants (25%) . This role is responsible for securing high-value partnerships, cultivating donor relationships, and ensuring compliance with reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities

1) Corporate Social Responsibility (50%)

Identify and pursue CSR funding opportunities nationwide.

Build and manage relationships with CSR heads and corporate donors.

Design tailored proposals, presentations, and partnership models.

Track CSR regulations and ensure compliance in applications and reporting.

2) Philanthropy (25%)

Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals and family foundations.

Develop engagement strategies including events, meetings, and reports.

Maintain a live database of philanthropic donors and status updates.

Deliver stewardship activities to retain and grow contributions.

3) Grants (25%)

Research and apply for national and international grants.

Prepare budgets, compliance documents, and high-quality submissions.

Track grant cycles, renewal timelines, and reporting obligations.

Liaise with Canadian HQ to ensure grant compliance and reporting standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Non-profit Management, Business, or related field.

5+ years in CSR, grant writing, or institutional donor relations.

Demonstrated success in securing large-scale partnerships.

Strong proposal writing and presentation skills.

Experience with donor reporting and compliance.

Fluent in English; regional languages a plus.
