Oracle HCM Consultant – Payroll Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated

Oracle HCM Consultant – Payroll Specialist

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional background in Oracle HCM Cloud, with a deep focus on Payroll configuration, processing, and reporting. You will play a key role in implementing, supporting, and optimizing payroll processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll modules based on business requirements.

Manage and execute end-to-end payroll flows including pre-payroll, payroll run, costing, and post-payroll processes.

Design, develop, and troubleshoot

HCM Extracts

and

BI Publisher (BIP)

reports.

Support integration with

ADP GlobalView , including connector configuration, data mapping, and issue resolution.

Perform in-depth testing, parallel payroll runs, and reconciliations to validate payroll accuracy.

Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements, implement changes, and provide ongoing support.

Assist in payroll compliance, audit activities, and year-end processing.

Prepare functional and technical documentation, including process flows and user guides.

Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide timely resolutions.

Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and patch testing.

Required Qualifications :

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with a specialization in Payroll.

Strong understanding of Oracle Payroll processing flows, retro-pay, costing, and reconciliation.

Proficiency in HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP), and related reporting tools.

Experience with ADP GlobalView connector integration is highly preferred.

Demonstrated expertise in payroll testing, debugging, and supporting parallel payroll runs.

Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) in Payroll or related modules.

Experience with Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Compensation modules.

Prior experience in global payroll implementations or multi-country payroll support.
