Lead AI / ML Engineer

Job Summary :

We are looking for a key anchor resource who can lead and guide the team, interact effectively with clients, build strong professional rapport, and understand and respond proactively to client requirements. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in AI / ML and NLP with leadership, experience in handling production support in live environments and communication skills to deliver high-impact, production-ready AI solutions.

Work Timing : Flexible to work in UST time (around 6 : 30 PM – 3 : 30 AM IST)

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the primary technical and client-facing lead for AI / ML initiatives, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business goals.
• Guide and mentor the engineering team, fostering a collaborative and solution-oriented environment.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI / ML and NLP-based solutions tailored for enterprise use cases.
• Fine-tune and implement LLMs for domain-specific applications.
• Architect and maintain MLOps pipelines using MLflow, Seldon, and Docker for scalable model deployment.
• Support and maintain production-grade AI systems, ensuring reliability, uptime, and continuous improvement.
• Lead initiatives in document parsing, forgery detection, and NLP-driven automation.
• Develop and deploy AI-powered conversational assistants using Azure Speech Services and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to convert complex business problems into robust AI solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI / ML and apply relevant innovations to ongoing projects.
