Role Description

We’re seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our team full-time. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and developing high-quality Salesforce solutions that are scalable, reliable, and aligned with client requirements.

You will collaborate closely with project managers, solution architects, and other developers to build end-to-end Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Location : On-site (Kolkata based).

Experience Level : 5-8 years

Type : Full-Time (Please don’t apply if you are looking for a part time role)

Responsibilities :

• Design and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
• Lead development efforts across multiple Salesforce orgs and client projects.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical architecture.
• Develop, test, and deploy components using Salesforce best practices.
• Handle configuration, customization, and integration across Salesforce products.
• Support data migration, deployment processes, and version control.
• Participate in agile development ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Provide technical mentorship to junior team members when needed.
