Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for the position of Mentor. The Mentor will be responsible for guiding and supporting students in their academic and personal development. This includes designing and facilitating engaging learning experiences, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. The Mentor will also collaborate with other educators and stakeholders to ensure the holistic development of each student.

Qualifications

• Strong instructional and facilitation skills, including the ability to design and deliver impactful learning experiences
• Excellent mentoring, guidance, and interpersonal communication skills to support students' academic and personal growth
• Experience in educational program development and collaboration with a team of educators
• Proven ability to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Commitment to student-centered learning and adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
• Relevant professional education or experience in teaching, youth mentorship, or a related field
• A passion for education and lifelong learning, with an innovative and flexible mindset
