Position Overview :

We are looking for a Technical Lead Frontend to lead the development of HMG-CMS (Content Management System), a large-scale digital transformation project. The role will involve designing and implementing user experience-focused frontend architecture while transitioning from an AEM-based website to a self-developed CMS.

This is a leadership role where you will drive frontend design, mentor junior developers, ensure code quality, and deliver highly performant, secure, and scalable Skills :

• 3+ years in React-based frontend development
• Experience with Gatsby / Static Site Generation (SSG)
• Strong knowledge of web performance optimization & accessibility
• Expertise in HTTP protocol & RESTful API integration
• 2+ years of Tech Lead / Team Lead experience
• Experience in code reviews & technical Skills :
• Experience with CMS systems (e.g., WordPress)
• Knowledge of Shadow DOM
• Familiarity with the automotive industry domain (vehicle models, specifications, etc.)
• Experience in CI / CD pipelines & CDN caching strategies
• Exposure to security vulnerability analysis & Competencies :
• Frontend architecture design & technology selection
• Data structure design for page components
• Performance optimization & troubleshooting
• Use of monitoring tools (Lighthouse, Web Vitals)
• Technical insights to enhance UI / UX quality
