Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Manager located in Pollachi. The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily factory operations, including production planning, ensuring quality control, and managing production and manufacturing operations. The Factory Manager will also coordinate and manage various operational tasks to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience and skills in Production Planning and Operations Management
• Expertise in Quality Control and Production Management
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Operations
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
