Position : Export Operations Intern (Agri Division)

Location : Remote / Hyderabad

Working Hours : 5 hours / day (10 AM – 3 PM preferred)

Stipend : ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 / month (Performance-Based)

Duration : 3 Months

Start : ImmediateWe are looking for a disciplined, detail-oriented intern to manage the complete Agri RFQ workflow ;buyer communication, supplier coordination, quotation preparation, follow-ups, and operational data management.

This is a 4–5 hour / day execution role , ideal for students or freshers interested in international trade.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Agri RFQs (rice, spices, turmeric, coriander, millets)
• Prepare FOB / CIF quotations using company templates
• Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, MOQs, stock & packaging
• Conduct WhatsApp / email follow-ups with buyers
• Extract and organize buyer / supplier data in Google Sheets
• Manage inboxes on export platforms (Go4WorldBusiness, IndiaMART, Volza)
• Maintain catalogs, documents, and quotation files
• Submit daily operations reports
