Role Overview :
We’re looking for a confident and persuasive Career Advisor Sales to connect with U.S. job seekers, understand their challenges, and guide them toward choosing Leversol’s career-management plans. You’ll be the first voice representing Leversol helping people realize the value of having a dedicated team market their profile.
Key Responsibilities :
Make daily outreach to potential job seekers via call, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or email
Understand candidate background, visa type, skills, and job preferences
Explain Leversol’s service offerings (profile marketing, resume tailoring, job application support)
Build trust and address objections confidently
Convert interested candidates into paid plan subscribers
Maintain CRM records and daily activity reports
Collaborate with the marketing (placement) team to ensure client satisfaction
Required Skills & Experience :
2+ years experience in US staffing / bench sales / consultancy sales / inside sales
Excellent spoken English & listening skills (neutral or US accent preferred)
Strong understanding of US job market terms : W2, C2C, OPT, STEM OPT, H1B, etc.
Proven ability to close deals / meet monthly sales targets
High energy, persuasive communication, and relationship-building ability
Comfortable working in US time zones (EST / PST overlap preferred)
Preferred Background :
Worked as a Bench Sales Recruiter / Technical Recruiter / Career Advisor
Has experience talking to US clients or candidates
Familiar with CRMs and lead tracking tools
Compensation :
Fixed monthly pay + attractive commissions for each conversion
