[11 / 10 / 2025] Assistant Manager - Global Raw Material Blending & Analytics

This position is part of the Production Planning – Calcination team and is based in Hyderabad, India. It plays a key role in optimizing raw material blending and production planning across USA and India operations, with a strong focus on cost efficiency, quality control, and AI-driven analytics.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Global Blend Planning : Develop and manage blend schedules for pet coke feedstock across USA and India.
• Inventory & Production Monitoring : Track GPC inventories and CPC production rates; ensure alignment with shipment schedules.
• Cost Optimization : Evaluate sourcing options and logistics to minimize costs while meeting CPC quality specs.
• AI & Modeling : Build and maintain business models using AI tools and Linear Programming (LP) for predictive planning.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with Commercial, Technical Services, and Operations teams globally.
• SAP & Reporting : Handle SAP transactions and generate reports on production, inventory, and KPIs.
