Role Overview :

The Junior Production Supervisor will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end production process by ensuring efficient utilization of resources, maintaining quality standards, coordinating manpower, and minimizing downtime. This is a shop-floor supervisory role requiring hands-on involvement and close monitoring of daily production metrics.

Key Responsibilities :

1.  Production Management

• Supervise and assist with daily production activities as per the production plan.
• Ensure proper allocation of manpower and monitor their performance and discipline.
• Ensure timely startup and closure of shifts, minimizing idle time.
