Job Role : Project Manager

Location : Bangalore, working in‑office

Work days & hours : Monday to Friday

What You’ll Do

Lead client projects from the start (where we plan everything) to full operation and beyond, making sure clients are happy and we hit our goals.
Give clients demos of our product, ask and record what they need and any constraints.
Do project kickoff calls, set goals, plan how we will rollout.
Once live, regularly check in with clients (daily / weekly), watch our performance, find where we’re falling short.
Do reviews every few months, plan how we can grow the account and offer more services.
Work with teams like data, operations, and client support to make sure everything runs smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

4‑6 years of experience managing projects in SaaS or Communications‑as‑a‑Service (CPaaS), ideally in collections or financial services.

You should know how collection tools and CRMs work.

Good at handling different people’s expectations (clients, internal teams), dealing with problems, and negotiating.

Certifications like PMP or agile methods are a plus.

Understanding of U.S. laws around debt collection (FDCPA), rules by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), and privacy / data laws.

Comfortable working U.S. hours (late evening IST) and with U.S. clients.
