- You'll spearhead our maintenance operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of service demands for our DEPOT. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (Industrial, Engineering, EHS, Quality, & SCM Team), coordinate maintenance activities, and much more.
- Youll specifically take care of leading team briefings, deploying team members efficiently, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, but also assist the Maintenance Manager in strategic planning.

Degree in Electrical or Mechanical EngineeringExperience or understanding of rolling stock maintenance (preferably 6-8 years)Knowledge of rail depot operations and rail industry regulationsFamiliarity with SAP - GSI and Network Rail Rules and RegulationsAIR (Agile, Inclusive & Responsible) values behaviorStrong problem-solving and communication skillsProven ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team.Skills Required
