This is Techno-functional Role with good experience in BPO / BPM Digital Transformation, Lean Six Sigma Methodology, Business Process Re-engineering, Data and Analytics, Intelligent Automation, and AI & NLP in a client-facing role.Experience with platform or marketplace companies, along with knowledge of the advertising sector, is preferred.Excellent data analysis skills are required.Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Minitab.Proven expertise in Change and Project Management, with a strong background in digital consulting and collaboration with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with Design Thinking methodologies, including Customer Journey Mapping, persona creation, co-creation facilitation, and rapid prototyping using tools like Mural.Strong experience in digital transformation embedded with Intelligent Automation, Analytics and emerging TechnologyHands-on experience with Quality methodologies and techniques is necessary.The consultant will function as a change agent, responsible for driving quality deployment, transformation projects, and customer / business metric impact initiatives.Engage in and present findings during client / customer reviews and management meetings.Lead Continuous Improvement projects, initiating and promoting best practice sharing across the team.Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and ensure adherence to WNS Tranformation Role Roadmap requirements.Assist in identifying and capturing new market opportunities through product development or strategic partnerships.Manage all aspects of projects, including identification, solution development, execution, and ensuring successful adherence to timelines and budgets.Negotiate and build relationships with internal and external partners, developing innovative business approaches.Create comprehensive business cases with recommendations on benefits, financial implications, risks, and long-term sustainability.Effectively manage complex change by collaborating and influencing stakeholders.Preferred candidate profile
