Senior Sales Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our growing SaaS team. This role involves owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure, managing a strong pipeline, and driving new business growth.

Essential Job Functions

• Identify and qualify prospects through research, outreach, and networking
• Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and solution presentations
• Manage end-to-end sales process : prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closing
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in the CRM
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer success
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets.
