Employment Type : Trainee

Experience : Fresher / 0–1 year

Qualification : Any Graduate (Design background is a plus)

Salary : INR 6000 to INR 12000.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI Designer who is passionate about UI / UX design and front-end prototyping. You will work closely with our product, design, and development teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs using Figma.

Key Responsibilities

Create clean, modern, and responsive UI designs in Figma.
Convert ideas and requirements into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Work with product and business teams to understand user needs.
Prepare design systems, style guides, components, and reusable UI elements.
Conduct basic user research and improve UI based on feedback.
Ensure consistency, alignment, and accuracy in all designs.
Iterate quickly and deliver high-quality designs under deadlines.

Requirements

Graduates only (any degree).

Immediate joiner required.

Strong knowledge of Figma (auto-layout, components, variants, prototyping).

Basic understanding of UI / UX principles.

Creativity with attention to detail.

Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Knowledge of front-end basics (HTML / CSS) is a plus, not mandatory.

Good to Have

Experience creating landing pages, mobile app screens, dashboards.

Understanding of color theory, typography, spacing, and layout.

Portfolio or sample design work (Figma links preferred).
