We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Calibration with a strong background in Engine or Transmission systems. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of calibration for IC, Gasoline, LPG, Petrol, and CNG engines, as well as proficiency with a variety of industry-standard tools. This role is crucial for performing R&D calibration, managing vehicle integration, and utilizing diagnostic protocols to optimize powertrain performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Calibration & Powertrain R&D : Lead and execute R&D of Calibration for various powertrains, including IC Engine, Gasoline, LPG, Petrol , and CNG engines . You must have an in-depth knowledge of Transmission and Engine systems.
- Tool Proficiency : Utilize and apply your experience with a range of tools, including INCA, VISU, Canoe, Matlab , and other ETAS tools .
- System Integration & Diagnostics : Apply your knowledge of vehicle integration and vehicle-level functions . You will be responsible for using CAN protocols, UDS services, IVN (In-Vehicle Network) , and diagnostic tools to interact with ECUs (Electronic Control Units) and TCUs (Transmission Control Units) .
- Automation : Use PCs and automation tools to streamline calibration and testing processes.
Qualifications
A minimum of 4+ years of experience in R&D of Calibration for Engine and / or Transmission / Powertrain.Proven experience with a variety of tools, including INCA, VISU, Canoe, Matlab , and ETAS tools .Strong knowledge of vehicle integration, CAN protocols, UDS services, and IVN.Skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for calibration and data analysis.Strong proficiency in the required calibration and diagnostic tools.The ability to work independently and as part of a team.Meticulous attention to detail for precise calibration.Skills Required
