- Meet & Greet the customers
- Assisting customers throughout the shopping journey
- Sharing product features & benefit with the customers
- Explaining services , building trust & loyalty
- Resolving Customers queries pre & post Sale
- Ensure product delivery to the customer on time
- Receive feedback from the customer on services & product
Inventory Management
Daily quick count of all the PIDs available in the storeReceive bulk shipment , physical count & mark receive in the system on daily basisDaily replenishment to fill the display gapCheck the bad inventory / damage product & keep it on designated placeEnsure daily handover & receiving product from VRX through HOP appHighlight inventory mismatch / discrepancy to the Store ManagerOperational Process
Following the VM guidelinesMaintain cleanliness & hygiene in the storeUpdate all the SOPs file on daily basisReconcile daily cash & card saleSkills Required
