DataLake Delivery Lead

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Data Lake solutions on cloud / on-premise platforms.
• Define architecture, design standards, and best practices for data ingestion, storage, transformation, and access.
• Oversee data pipeline development, ETL / ELT processes, and integration with various data sources.
• Manage data quality, governance, security, and compliance in line with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and analysts to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Drive adoption of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Mentor and lead technical teams, providing guidance, performance reviews, and skill development.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and implement best practices for performance and scalability.
• Stay updated on emerging data technologies and evaluate their applicability to business needs.
