Roles & Responsibilities :

• At least 5-8 Years of experience in project management.
• Experience on configuration / management of CRMNEXT Solution (Technical).
• Deployment knowledge on Banking Domain.
• Good Communication, Technical & Analytical Skills.
• Good Knowledge of IIS / Oracle 12 C and 19 C
• Responsible for End-To-End Project Management and communication.
• Skilled in troubleshooting of performance issues, Diagnose and resolve in critical production environment.
• Proficient in Managing QA, UAT, Production release and Production Support of CRMNEXT.
• Proficient in Software development lifecycle, Requirement analysis, Architectural design, Holding technical discussions, Implementation, Impact analysis, Deployment and Documentation.
• Collaborate with the technical Operations team, Engineering Team and Other support members to resolve the issues and to ensure the best possible service and support.
• Co-ordination on recurring issues and ensure long-term resolution through proper incident and problem management.
• Experience should be on CRMNEXT.
