The ideal candidate has a keen eye for structuring compelling video concepts, understands the nuances of platform-specific creative requirements, and excels at coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear and effective video ad strategies aligned with user acquisition objectives.
- Analyze gameplay, UA data, and market trends to inform creative direction.
- Translate marketing goals into structured video concepts and performance-driven narratives.
- Ensure all assets are organized, versioned, and delivered according to established timelines.
- Adapt creative strategies for platform-specific formats across TikTok, Meta, and others.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, and production teams to align on creative execution.
- Monitor campaign performance to identify opportunities for creative improvement.
- Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and clarity across all deliverables.
- Contribute to continuous refinement of internal creative processes and workflow documentation.
What You Bring
