About the Role :

As a Senior Social Media Account Manager at Wildpunch, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving brand strategy, and ensuring high-quality campaign execution. You'll collaborate with creative, content, and production teams to bring ideas to life and maintain strong client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement innovative brand strategies across all platforms.
  • Lead campaign ideation from concept to execution, aligning with the overall brand goals.
  • Translate briefs into actionable plans and campaign concepts.
  • Coordinate closely with graphic designers and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and timely deliveries.
  • Write and oversee high-quality content for offline and online campaigns, web, and other brand touchpoints.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and audience insights to refine brand positioning.
  • Analyze campaign performance and use insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and digital to maintain brand integrity
  • Present concepts and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead brainstorming and creative planning sessions.

Requirements :

  • 3+ years of experience in brand strategy, with a strong emphasis on social media.
  • Proven experience in content writing, especially for digital and campaign contexts.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and social media platforms.
  • Experience working with creative teams and managing end-to-end campaign execution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
