Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Plant HR & IR professional for Central Kitchens pan India. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Kitchen Operations Manager, and Plant teams on building harmonious employee relations and build talent and organizational excellence for the blue-collar employees while adhering to statutory guidelines.

Job Description

• Ensuring timely closures of all the hirings of the region.
• Ensuring that all the kitchen operations are fully compliant on HR and statutory requirements, ensure proper liaison with the labour & local Administration including statutory authorities, as required and in accordance with organization policies and code of conduct.

Along with the Kitchen Operations team, provide inputs and execute the employee & industrial relations strategy for the relevant sites and set-up systems, processes in place in all the areas under HR function and end to end labour Management (on-roll / contract)

Liaising with statutory bodies under labour laws for registration, licenses, renewals etc.

Provide coaching, counselling and consulting to managers on a broad range of HR & IR related issues
