Data Mining and Outreach Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

We are seeking an individual with expertise in data mining and outreach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for extracting relevant information from various sources, including web scraping, to build and maintain accurate client databases.

• They will verify the quality and completeness of collected data to ensure its effectiveness for outreach campaigns.
• Additionally, they will initiate contact with potential leads through phone calls, email, and social media platforms.
• The successful candidate will present company services or products to prospects, identify sales opportunities, and maintain consistent communication with prospects, schedule follow-up meetings, and record all interactions accurately in a CRM or lead tracking tool.
• Furthermore, they will track progress, provide regular updates on daily activities, and campaign performance to the team lead or manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

To excel in this role, candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, proficiency in MS Excel, and familiarity with web scraping or data mining tools.
