About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Enterprise Architect to lead the architectural strategy and technical direction of our healthcare product suite. This role is ideal for a senior technologist who has 20+ years of experience in software and systems architecture, with a deep focus on healthcare technologies, regulatory frameworks, and product development lifecycles.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and hands-on leader capable of aligning technology initiatives with business goals, driving innovation, and enabling scalable, secure, and compliant solutions for a rapidly evolving healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Leadership : Define and lead the enterprise architecture strategy across the organization, with a focus on building and scaling healthcare software products.
• Strategic Planning : Collaborate with executive leadership, product management, and engineering teams to translate business goals into technology strategies.
• Technology Oversight : Evaluate, recommend, and implement modern technologies, frameworks, and platforms that align with long-term product and business vision.
• Healthcare Expertise : Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations such as HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, HITECH, FDA, and other regional compliance needs.
• Systems Integration : Design robust integration strategies for EHR / EMR systems, third-party APIs, and data platforms to ensure seamless interoperability.
• Governance & Best Practices : Establish enterprise-wide architecture standards, design patterns, and governance processes.
• Mentorship : Guide and mentor solution architects, domain architects, and technical leads across multiple teams.
• Innovation & Research : Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in healthcare IT, data science, cloud computing, and security.
