Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in Hindi at Scholars Foundation School, Jaipur. The TGT Hindi teacher will be responsible for teaching Hindi to students in accordance with school curriculum and academic guidelines. The role involves preparing lesson plans, conducting Hindi language classes, assessing student progress, maintaining classroom discipline, and ensuring an engaging learning environment. Additional responsibilities may include participating in school events, collaborating with other teachers, and contributing to the overall academic improvement of the institution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with Hindi as a major / core subject
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education)
• Strong command over Hindi grammar, literature, and language teaching methodologies
• Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in middle / secondary classes (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle classroom discipline
• Good understanding of NCERT syllabus and lesson planning
• Ability to foster reading, writing, and creative expression among students
• Proficiency in using smart boards and basic digital tools
• Capability to conduct assessments, evaluate notebooks, and maintain academic records
• Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners with patience and clarity
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
