Workday Finance Consultant

Role Description

This is a contract role for a Workday Finance Consultant with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves providing expert consulting services and solutions for Workday Financial Management, including configuring financial modules, analyzing business processes, implementing best practices, and offering strategic advice. The consultant will also collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the efficient integration of Workday tools, address business needs, and resolve functional or technical challenges. The position focuses on delivering high-quality, client-centric solutions while driving financial performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Around 8 years of experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of Workday Finance
• Good experience in Workday integration, Workday report development, testing and validation
• Leads and manages the functional process / design, release management
• Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess and improve financial processes
• Proficiency in Workday Financial Management or similar financial systems is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills
