Role Description

This is a part-time / contractual hybrid or full remote role for a Delphi Programmer. The Delphi expert will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications using Delphi, performing object-oriented programming, working with databases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting, debugging software issues, and ensuring the scalability and performance of applications.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Legacy Delphi programming and experience in software development

Understanding of software architecture and knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles

Experience working with databases, including designing, developing, and querying databases

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in older code

Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate effectively with remote and on-site teams

Experience developing enterprise applications

Strong communication skills

Legacy Delphi expertise

• Experience with monolithic apps + refactoring
• Comfortable working alongside existing team
