Join Globelance as a Junior Recruiter (Target-Based) to own sourcing and closing for multiple roles in a metrics-driven remote environmentideal for ambitious recruiters who thrive on targets and rapid learning.

Role & Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles : source screen coordinate interviews negotiate offers and close candidates to meet weekly / monthly targets.
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Naukri job boards referrals and Boolean search strategies.
• Conduct structured phone / virtual screens to assess skills motivation and cultural fit; present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
• Manage accurate candidate records and workflow in the ATS; maintain timely candidate communication and status updates.
• Drive offer management : prepare offer packs handle negotiations and coordinate background checks and onboarding handoffs.
• Track recruitment KPIs (pipeline velocity conversion rates time-to-fill) and contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing playbooks.
