Role Overview :

As an Implementation Engineer , your role will be to implement our No code IGA (Identity Governance and Administration) platform Hire2Retire for our customers and help them to transition their manual Employee Lifecyle to automated workflows. You will work with senior leadership in HR and IT teams to understand the existing Identity process, suggest and implement automated solutions. Additionally, you will help the customers in their automation journey to trouble shoot issues and provide timely solutions.

You will be a great fit, if you enjoy working on real-world systems integration challenges without getting into nitty gritties of code. If you have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand technical concepts to solve real world problems you are at the right place.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead customer onboarding to our no-code IGA platform, Hire2Retire.
• Configure employee lifecycle workflows (onboarding, role changes, terminations, leaves) tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with customer IT / HR teams to integrate Hire2Retire with HRIS, Active Directory, Azure AD, or Google Directory.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions without getting into in-depth coding.
• Understanding customer needs to enrich the product road map. Work closely with the product and engineering teams to share customer feedback and improve features.
