Role Summary : Associate Director, RPO Operations

Reporting to the Director, RPO Operations, you'll lead end-to-end service delivery for recruitment, ensure best practices across the lifecycle, and represent the Allegis Global Solutions brand with every stakeholder interaction. You’ll also play a key role in driving KPIs, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to the broader AGS RPO community through insights and trends

1. Leadership & Strategic Oversight

  • Lead overall service delivery for large accounts (20–40 team members).
  • Provide strategic direction for client success and recruitment operations.
  • Design and implement new teams for new RPO engagements.
  • Support Director, RPO Operations in driving KPIs and account performance.
  • Understand and manage account P&L and workload distribution.

2. Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate process changes, service enhancements, and new initiatives.
  • Represent the AGS brand and ensure client satisfaction across all touchpoints.

    • 3. Recruitment Operations & Delivery

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery across onsite and offshore teams
  • Ensure compliance with the ‘AGS Way’ and contractual recruitment processes.
  • Monitor SLAs, mandatory activity stages, and team responsibilities.
  • Analyze recruitment data to forecast volumes, trends, and risks.

    • 4. Talent Pool & Sourcing Strategy

  • Develop and manage Talent Pool frameworks by job segmentation.
  • Define sourcing strategies and engagement plans for each role type.

    • 5. Vendor & Partner Management

  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors (agencies, background checks, advertising).
  • Oversee service delivery against contractual terms and support proposal management.

    • 6. Team Management & Development

  • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
  • Optimize team performance through KPIs, mentoring, and development plans.
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage continuous improvement.
  • Handle workload planning, volume forecasting, leave management, and team resourcing.
