Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Chennai. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project execution and maintain effective communication.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying any potential risks or issues and proposing solutions.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Utilize AutoCAD for project design and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.
• Support the project manager in resource allocation and budget management to optimize project outcomes.
• Participate in project meetings, contributing insights and recommendations to enhance project efficiency.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, reports, and successful candidate will possess the following qualifications :
• A minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other project management software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
• A degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
