Role : Oracle Cloud Technical and Functional Consultant

Location : Pune, India

Job Summary :

We are looking for a versatile Oracle Cloud Consultant to join our dynamic team in Pune.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of both the technical and functional aspects of Oracle Cloud applications (SaaS / PaaS).

This role involves working on end-to-end implementation projects, from requirements gathering and configuration to development and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities :

Functional Consulting :

  • Lead discovery sessions to capture and document business requirements for Oracle Cloud modules (e.g., ERP, HCM, SCM).
  • Configure Oracle Cloud applications to align with client business processes and best practices.
  • Create functional design specifications for customizations, reports, and integrations.
  • Provide expert guidance on Oracle Cloud functionality, security, and data migration strategies.
  • Develop and deliver user training and documentation.

Technical Consulting :

  • Design and develop technical solutions using Oracle Cloud tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), and BI Publisher.
  • Create and maintain integrations with third-party applications using SOAP / REST APIs.
  • Perform data conversions using File-Based Data Import (FBDI) and Application Development Framework Desktop Integrator (ADFdi).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with Oracle Support and functional teams.
  • Develop and customize reports and analytics using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher.

    • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business field.
  • 4 to 8 years of experience as an Oracle Technical, Functional, or Techno-Functional Consultant.
  • Proven experience with at least two full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementation projects.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other PaaS services.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL / SQL, and knowledge of web services (SOAP / REST).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills
