Role Overview

As our HR , you’ll be at the heart of building our internal team culture and people systems. From recruitment to onboarding, team engagement to policy design — you'll help shape the employee experience in a mission-driven, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities :

1-Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Draft compelling job descriptions and source talent across platforms
  • Screen resumes and coordinate interviews across departments
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and interns

2-People Operations & Policy

  • Maintain HR documentation, records, and attendance logs
  • Support drafting of HR policies, contracts, and compliance materials
  • Help structure systems around leave, payroll, and performance

    • 3-Culture & Engagement

  • Organize team-building initiatives and engagement rituals
  • Improve internal communication and drive employee satisfaction

    • 4-HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key HR metrics (hiring, retention, performance, etc.)
  • Generate monthly reports and insights for the leadership team

    • Who We’re Looking For

    Education :

  • Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s / Master’s / MBA in HR, Business Administration, Psychology , or related fields

    • Skills & Traits :

  • Strong written & verbal communication
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, MS Excel, and basic HR tools
  • High ownership and a proactive, people-first mindset
  • Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, impact-driven startup
