Talent Growth Analyst
Role : Talent Growth Analyst responsible to 10X scale a futuristic AI-led modern technology consultancy that attracts the best solvers in the world to solve differently at Searce in order to deliver faster, smarter, better business outcomes for our clients & partners.
Major Roles & Responsibilities
- Sourcing Specialist is to execute sourcing strategies and plans focused on sourcing active and passive candidates matching opportunities with Searce. This includes owning the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
- Implementing the sourcing strategy along with sourcing qualified candidates for all roles at Searce.
- Source potential candidates through generating referral from internal employees, job boards, social media channels and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Naukri, Etc.). A significant focus will be on global hiring across the AMER and EMEA regions.
- Qualifying candidates for skill, cultural, and motivational fit, utilizing behavioral based approach and defined screening criteria.
- Proactively pipelining talent and creating pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with the workforce plans.
- Maintaining timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the ATS.
- Maintaining contact with existing talent pool candidates to obtain and capture up to date market intelligence and briefing them on potential current and future opportunities.
- Assisting with development and implementation of candidate initiatives such as candidate newsletters, marketing campaigns, sourcing strategies etc.
Education & Experience
MBA from a Tier-1 institute.2-6 years of experience in talent sourcing.A minimum of 2 years of experience in global hiring (specifically AMER & EMEA regions) is mandatory for this role.Someone with a flair for Technology.Build capabilities to help reduce the time to hire and improve the overall efficiency of hiring.Own recruitment process, optimize its cost, be part of a growing team, and deliver best talent at the right time and at the right costs.❗ Quick Note : Due to the critical nature of our global scale, we will be rejecting all profiles that do not demonstrate relevant experience in global hiring (AMER & EMEA).
