Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the manufacturing sector and be able to manage day-to-day accounting operations, handle customer interactions, and prepare quotations accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and maintain ledgers, reconcile accounts, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and invoices for customers.
• Handle customer queries and provide support regarding financial and billing matters.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth financial operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant tax / financial regulations.
