Role Overview :
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Hematologist to join our team at the Chiplun branch. The role involves diagnosing and treating a wide range of blood disorders and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Diagnose and manage hematological disorders (anemias, clotting disorders, hemoglobinopathies, leukemias, lymphomas, etc.).
- Perform and oversee procedures such as bone marrow aspirations / biopsies, transfusions, and related interventions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with oncologists and other specialists.
- Provide patient counseling, monitor progress, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Mentor junior doctors and participate in training and hospital committees.
