Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Architect to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and related modules. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic advisor, technical leader, and solution architect, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing Dynamics 365 CE deployments aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs leveraging Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft ecosystem.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams and consultants.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution roadmaps, integration strategies, and data architecture.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards.
- Oversee customization, configuration, plugin development, and integrations with external systems.
- Support pre-sales efforts including solution demos, estimations, and technical proposals.
- Stay current with Microsoft CE product updates, roadmap, and best practices.
Required Qualifications :
8+ years of experience in IT with at least 5 years focused on Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).Proven experience in leading end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 CE.Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).Experience with Azure services, API integrations, and DevOps tools.Proficient in customization (JavaScript, C#, Plugins, Workflows) and configuration.Strong knowledge of data modeling, security, and role-based access.Microsoft Certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert) preferred.Preferred Skills :
Experience in industry-specific CE solutions (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail).Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience with migration from legacy CRM systems to Dynamics 365 CE.
