Job descriptionConnecting with inbound leads via phone calls . Understanding their emotional triggers . Guiding them with empathy and conviction to the best decision for their health. Book 200+ qualified calls / month Maintain quality CRM entries and performance metrics. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proven ability in prospecting and maintaining high show-up rate. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence at all levels Self-motivated and able to work independently Previous experience in appointment setting Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Minimum 1 year experience in appointment setting or cold calling. Confident on calls with excellent verbal skills. Skilled at active listening, emotional connection, and guiding decisions. Committed, self-driven, and available Mon–Sat (10AM–7PM IST). You’ll be compensated based on how well you convert. The better you perform, the more you earn.
