Role : Account Management Executive (2 Openings)

Location : Onsite – Dehradun

Experience : Minimum 3 Years

Qualification : Graduate (MBA preferred)

At DigiStay, we believe that strong relationships build strong businesses. We’re on the lookout for two driven and client-focused Account Management Executives to join our team onsite in Dehradun.

Key Responsibilities :

Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Ensure high client satisfaction and account retention
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Serve as the key liaison between clients and internal teams

What You Bring :

Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or client servicing

Exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and verbal)

Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset

An MBA is a plus, but not mandatory
