Lead Cognos Developer

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Cognos development projects, including report creation, migration, and dashboard design using Cognos Analytics.
• Design and manage data models using Cognos Framework Manager.
• Develop, test, and maintain Cognos reports and dashboards ensuring high performance and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Optimize existing Cognos reports and troubleshoot issues related to data and performance.
• Coordinate with database teams for efficient data retrieval and integration.
